- Hello! I'm rather new to the Sherlock Holmes fan community...but I've been blogging and such for a long time...Fleurette at LiveJournal is my primary blog...you may have also seen me as Gia Kohana, and of course as Victoria Misselthwaite at Holmesian.net and Deviant Art [without the final e]...
I'm originally from Los Angeles, but I now live in Columbus, OH, and I sing soprano with the Columbus Symphony Chorus as well as on my church worship team, and anyplace else I can...
I love many musicals, including Les Miserables, The Secret Garden, Man of La Mancha, My Fair Lady, The Music Man, Evita, Camelot, Jesus Christ Superstar, Allegro, The Scarlet Pimpernel...oh, I could go on and on and on...which I already have...
I also love Barry Manilow, the Bee Gees, the Beatles, and many more...I saw Loreena McKennitt in concert recently, and I like her a lot too...
Hmm...what else? I love dogs very very much...I have two of them at the moment...I want a new puppy sometime next year...
I think I'll stop now...if I have any more to say, I'll blog or I'll edit...LOL

- Sherlock Holmes...the Canon; Laurie R. King's Mary Russell series; Les Miserables; The Secret Garden; Jane Eyre; Sir Percy Hits Back...from the Scarlet Pimpernel series; Nancy Springer's Enola Holmes series...I just read The Italian Secretary and enjoyed it...and I've read The Boy Sherlock Holmes...Eye of the Crow, which was a bit dark for my taste, but well done...and I'm currently reading Embassy Row, a Mycroft Holmes story, and so far so good...

- Jeremy Brett is the definitive Holmes for me! I also really like Peter Cushing and Basil Rathbone, having seen one film each of them...looking forward to seeing more of them as well as other actors that I haven't seen...
